Since upgrade from Windows 7 to 10, MSN Explorer is not working correctly. It is slow and will not open programs that need Adobe Flash Player to open them. I was able to reset IE 11 and this appears to have corrected the Adobe Flash Player issue. Internet Explorer 11 now opens programs that need Flash Player to open them.

The MSN Explorer is not compatible with Windows 10. I've checked Microsoft, and it appears that the repair tool only works with Windows versions up to Windows 7. That's why it has errors on Windows 10. You will have to look for a replacement, or downgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 7. There is a feature called Go Back in Start > Settings > Update & Recovery > Recovery, which allows you to go back to previous version in a time frame between 1 and 30 days.
I had a technician from MSN work on my computer because I kept getting "MSN Explorer not working or not responding". The next day after she worked on it the problem was back. I notice that since she added to the programs on the Control Panel a program entitled "MSN Explorer Repair Tool". Can I use this program? How do I activate it?

The Repair Tool is available through the FixIT program. To activate it, use the URL below and then click on the RUN NOW. Accept all the confirmations that might appear and launch the software, then let it do its job. Restart the computer after this procedure to see the changes in effect.
Alternatively, go to the installation folder in Program Files and you'll find the MSN Explorer Repair Tool. Open the directory and launch the software.
